Rad Rides by Troy 1956 Buick “Nailed”

AM Hot Rod Glass has been working very hard over the last two years with Troy Trepanier and the Rad Rides by Troy Team.  Troy Trepanier is a perfectionist and he has given AMHRG the opportunity to work on several of his builds.  Our first project is probably one of his greatest hits over the last 25 years – Mark & Ellen Willman’s 1956 Buick “Nailed”.

This car changed everything for AM Hot Rod Glass, it was not only a 2013 Detroit Autoramma Great 8 Winner, but it also received the Good Guys Custom Rod of the Year 2013.  Every major Hot Rod Magazine covered the Rad Rides 1956 “Nailed” Buick and the Willman’s,  Troy, Jack & Judy Trepanier got on the road to and brought it to every major show in the United States.   AM Hot Rod Glass had the “Nailed” Buick in our SEMA booth in 2013.

AM Hot Rod Glass has learned so much in the past 24  months about the true meaning of  dedication, never failing as it is not an option and hard work around the clock – what ever it takes.  Troy and the Rad Rides team set the bar high for us and they have only helped, guided and advised AM Hot Rod Glass as they continue to challenge our fabrication abilities.

We are looking forward to the AMHRG trip to the Bonneville  Salt Flats for our “Top Secret” Rad Rides build and we are planning our return to SEMA Show 2014 in Las Vegas hosting Troy Trepanier of Rad Rides and one of his “Top Secret” awesome builds………………..more to come in 2014.

The Trepanier family suffered a great loss in March of 2014, Mr. John “Jack” Trepanier passed away.  Jack was important to AM Hot Rod Glass and to my own personal family – he was my friend.  I miss you Jack.
